Return/Exchange Policy
Exchanges
To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, we offer free exchanges.
If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, if you wish to place a new order, we will provide store credit of equal value. Please note that each order is eligible for one exchange only; any additional exchanges will incur a delivery fee.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges for Color or Product: Only size exchanges are free. If you want a different color or item, additional charges will apply.
- Initiating an Exchange: Please start the exchange process within 3 days (excluding bank holidays) of delivery and send us the tracking details for the return package.
- Packaging: Ensure items are returned in their original packaging and include the original receipt. Do not staple the parcel.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or damage. Products showing signs of wear may be rejected.
- Tags and Labels: All tags and size labels must be intact. If they are damaged, the item will be returned to you.
Refunds and Store Credit
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, you will receive a payment link to provide your account details for the refund. Note that the COD charge of ₹100 is non-refundable. Store credit will be available for future purchases if you return an item.
We will process your exchange once we receive the items in our warehouse and confirm they meet our return policy.
Important Note
All items in the Clearance Section are final sales and cannot be exchanged. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before making a purchase. Damaged Product Returns
We follow strict quality control procedures before shipping. If you receive a damaged product, we will take responsibility for the return shipment.
